Comparison Shopping

Comparison-shopping means comparing the price you pay for similar items or services to get the best value for your money. While we sometimes do not have a choice (you may have only one electric company from which to obtain service), there is competition and a choice in most services for which we pay.

Common examples are; insurance, cable or satellite service, phone and cellular services, home repairs, and Internet services. When shopping for goods from a toaster to an automobile, wise comparison-shopping will save you money.
